ELDORA - Anthony Schrad was appointed the City of Eldora’s Chief of Police on April 20 by Eldora Mayor David W. Dunn. Schrad has been Eldora’s acting Chief of Police for nearly a year, but his appointment as chief was the culmination of a hiring process, which began in February and ended with the final interviews on April 19.
Schrad replaces Mike Ludwigs, who was terminated from the position on Feb. 25.
