State athletic associations have provided a more complete guidance to navigating high school baseball and softball this summer as practice begins this week for Opening Day on June 15 for both sports.
Baseball and softball will be the first high school sports to return to playing fields in Iowa after the spring sports season was canceled amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
