ELDORA - A vacant commercial structure on the southwest corner of Eldora’s town square is on the way to becoming a residence. The City of Eldora helped shepherd a Community Development Block Grant application to a successful conclusion and now a Nebraska developer is taking possession of the property and the grant, and launching the promised transformation.
The grant is in the amount of $375,701.
