GRUNDY CENTER - South Hardin’s toughest test of the regular season came at Grundy Center on Friday, the Tigers swiftly put away by the top-ranked Spartans 42-14 to end their undefeated start in District play.
The Tigers allowed 42 unanswered points by the Spartans over the first two and half quarters of the game. Four touchdown passes and couple runs put South Hardin out of reach, but that didn’t stop the Tigers from competing in the end.
