Ruth Butler, age 81, of Eldora, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 5 - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, in the St. Paul Lutheran Church basement. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 6, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Eldora with burial in the Eldora Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a memorial fund to be established. The Boeke Funeral Home of Hubbard is in charge of arrangements.
