Bear Realty joins Homestead

HARDIN COUNTY– Ed Bear says its been great selling real estate to folks in Eldora and Steamboat Rock now for a decade and a half and  more, and he looks forward to more of the same, but he will do it having merged his own Bear Reality under the banner of Homestead Reality of Iowa Falls.

It is not a meeting of strangers. Bear says he and Jerry and Penny Price, who run Homestead, have known each other since way back in 1960 when he and Jerry were both attending Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls.

 Bear brings with him Kathy Butler who has been with the Bear firm for several years.

It is expected their arrival will help Homested move more fully into the south of Hardin County, particularly Steamboat Rock, Eldora and points south. (Read it all in the Tuesday Ledger)
