Zeisneiss breaks two marks at SH Coed

ELDORA- Five new meet records highlighted the girls’ division of the South Hardin Coed Track & Field Invitational here Friday.

The Tigers’ Brylie Zeisneiss set two of the new standards in her specialties – the weight field events.

The South Hardin junior broke the shot put by five-feet, muscling a throw 43-feet 7 1/2-inches, and then tossed the discus 127-feet 3-inches. She landed the shot over 43-feet three-times, while the old mark was 38-7. Second place was in the shot put was over nine-feet back. The discus mark broke the record of 118-feet by South Hardin’s Colleen Frank back in 2009.
