Tigers score 34-8 victory

EAGLE GROVE- A four touchdown performance by Dalton Lake lifted the South Hardin football team over Eagle Grove, 34-8 during a non-district game here Friday.

Lake picked apart an Eagle defensive secondary, connecting on 12-of-14 passes for 246 yards and touchdowns tosses to four different receivers.

The Tigers tallied 34 unanswered points after Eagle Grove opened the scoring in the final minute of the first quarter. The Eagles’ six was a 10-yard pass followed by a two-point conversion.

South Hardin answered right back 18-seconds later as Tyrell Todd returned the ensuing kickoff 95-yards and after a missed extra point trailed 8-6.
