Roscoe Albert Nelson, 89, of New Providence, IA, went to his heavenly home on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, IA, where he had been admitted hours earlier. Due to the current precautions and gathering restrictions, a memorial service will be delayed. Tentatively there will be a service Sunday afternoon, June 7, in New Providence, IA. Memorial gifts are suggested to Camp Quaker Heights or Honey Creek-New Providence Friends Church.
