Proposed Local Option Sales Tax use change

Eldora’s current Local Option Sales Tax spending is designated to 70 percent Capital Improvement (debt payments, street construction, blight, etc.) and 30 percent for Community Services (all expenses incurred in running a City, park, cemetery, pool, library, police, and fire protection, insurance, etc.)
