The 10th game meant the Tigers qualified for the state playoffs for the first time in South Hardin history.

South Hardin, under second-year head coach Barry Scott, finished the season with records of 4-6 overall and 3-3 in District 6 of Class 2A. The .500 district mark earned the Tigers a fourth-seed in the playoffs.
