The timing couldn’t have been better for Boy Scouting week. Right in the wake of the Polar Vortex that brought temperatures down to 26 below here.

Exactly the temperatures that most often meets scouting groups like the one from Eldora who journey to northern Minnesota and scouting’s ‘Northern Tier’ adventures.
