Lloyd and Gore to ease out of Eldora Fire Department

The Eldora Fire Department will be saying farewell to two veteran firefighters over the next couple years.

Fire Chief Dave Lloyd and Chief Officer Jeff Gore, who have both been with the department for more than three decades, have announced they will be stepping down. Gore plans to officially retire during their upcoming January meeting, 33 years to the month from when he joined.
