Jake Eli Jewell, 20, passed away May 7, 2019 at Mercy Care Hospital in Des Moines, after taking his own life. He resided in Ackley, IA. A memorial service was held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at the Sietsema Funeral Home in Ackley.
