Iowa Valley wins second time out

IVCCD – This time proved the charm for the Iowa Valley Community College District, which had been asking voters in its central Iowa area to approve $32 million in spending for a variety of construction and other needs.

Iowa Valley is the administrative body for Marshalltown Community College and Ellsworth College here in Hardin County.
