A historic summer

    ELDORA – The Hardin County Historical Society started their summer events with an open house on a Sunday afternoon two weeks ago.
  The program entitled VE/VJ Days was presented in remembrance of World War II with Victory in Europe on May 8th, and Victory in Japan on August 14th, 1945.  Dwight Clark presented information about the era and gave his insight on military uniforms of the era. (Read it all in the Tuesday Ledger)
