Hardin County government responds to emergency

HARDIN COUNTY – Effective March 18, 2020 – until further notice: Due to COVID-19 and public health concerns, Hardin County is taking steps to protect employees and the public. Hardin County has elected to close its offices to the public to limit the spread of COVID-19. If you are planning to visit one of the county offices, please call ahead to see if you can conduct your business electronically or over the phone. Our employees will continue to perform essential county services by appointment. Law enforcement services will continue with extra protocols in place. Essential court proceedings are still taking place. Please contact the department by phone if you have questions regarding services.
