Gerbracht honored

ACKLEY- AGWSR junior Ali Gerbracht was named the Dan Gable Female Wrestler of the Year in coordination with IAwrestle and IWCOA recently.

Gerbracht was nominated for the award and received over 6,000 votes from the general public to make her a finalist. The Iowa wrestling officials then met and decided who should be the overall winner and Ali was selected.
