George Dale Strait, 70, passed away Monday, April 29, 2019, at the Iowa Veteran’s Home in Marshalltown, while under the loving care of the Ulery #3 staff. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 11, 10:30 a.m. at the New Providence Roundhouse, New Providence, IA. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for the purchase of therapy tools for dementia patients. Mitchell Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
