Downtown longevity

    ELDORA – Forty years on the town square qualifies Dr. Dean Stickrod as dean of the downtown, doesn’t it?
    Stickrod came here all those decades ago because he said he was looking for a small town, because Eldora happened to be half way between his native home and his wife’s native home, and he says it didn’t hurt that a local banker-friend  at the time gave him a nudge.
